Rather than focusing on what NOT to eat, I will coach you on increasing the good foods and creating a healthy lifelong plan that works for you.
Everyone wants to be happy and healthy. After a long day at work, coming home and making dinner may seem a daunting task. I can help! Along with nutritional coaching, I offer private chef services, meal delivery, or simply cooking lessons in your home or mine. I offer both one-on-one sessions or small group classes to make it easier for you to achieve your health goals!
I use local, organic produce and grass-fed or wild proteins. Whenever possible, I shop in local Farmers' markets and have my own personal butcher to get the best quality meat and seafood. All of my food will be custom made for you with love!
