Our in-house butcher Sean will show you how to make various sausages from scratch. You will season the meat, grind it, and then make links, patties and loose sausage. Sean will guide you through all the steps of sausage making at home while everyone samples sausage and drinks beer or wine.  

Class runs from 5-8pm
